We take quality very seriously and hold ourselves to very strict manufacturing standards. We put each one of our radios through rigorous testing before they ever leave our facility. Here’s a quick overview of our manufacturing & testing process.
Manufacturing & Testing
Our basic head units are manufactured using the same technology, standards and often in the same facilities as many household name brand audio electronics. Every single one of our radios is put through both vibration and temperature testing. We test our radios to ensure they operate extreme low and high temperatures. Then each radio is vibration tested. Each radio is then inspected and hand adjusted by our on-site technicians. These are the professionals who make sure your USA-230, USA-630, USA-740 or Slidebar radio will fit perfectly in your year make and model vehicle without any dash modifications or the need to purchase extra parts.
FINAL INSPECTION
Lastly, before packaging and shipping each radio is given one final hands-on test to ensure all features and electronics are working effectively.
