If your radio is still currently covered under our 1-2 year manufacturer’s warranty and is not working properly please follow the instructions below for repair or replacement. If your radio falls outside of our 1-2 year warranty we may be able to fix or replace if for additional cost. Please ship your radio & all original included accessory cables/brackets etc. to the address below. Use the original packaging if possible. IMPORTANT: Please include 

(1) a printed explanation of the problem(s) you are experiencing along with your phone/email address. 

(2) the return address you would like us to use to send your new or refurbished radio. 

(3) a dated copy of the original sales or purchase receipt
